Platform: Windows

I have currenty:
A) Media Manager, Meetings Server, Proxy Server running on Websphere on one machine
B) Community Server together with Domino running on another

All services are running.

The problem is that the Call Options (Start Video Call, Call etc) are greyed out in the embedded Connect Client.

I followed the instructions from "Zero to hero" presentation.

Can any one help? I have been trying for week to understand why this simple thing is not working.
